My 22 year old son was recently screened for ADHD so my personal experience of this neurological disorder has been very enlightening. In my clinical practice, I also have been assessing and treatment more and more people with ADHD and ASD. The traineri delivered the course well, good pace and breakout rooms were helpful.

It was good. Would be good to know if someone comes (adult), what documents/ forms/ letters needs to be filled to diagnose them with ADHD, along with the DIVA.

I took part in the management of ADHD course. The learning provided me with a lot of knowledge on the different medications that are used to help manage symptoms of ADHD. the case studies allowed us to put this learning into practice which was really useful. Brilliant course

I found the break out rooms so early on to be too long and unstructured, people were saying a lot of things that I felt weren't entirely accurate or were misleading but there was no one to correct or help structure these discussions. I feel it would have been better to have more of the structured information at the beginning and then break out rooms and discussions towards the end to maybe do some practice scoring together.

The mock assessment at the end was my favorite part - it really helped me to understand the flow and scoring. Great learning environment where you feel comfortable to raise any questions. The ADHD training was informative and insightful. I appreciated the level of detail and the effort the facilitator put into explaining the concepts. However, I found that one day (eight hours) wasn’t quite enough to take in all the information because the topic is quite broad and detailed. I’m still in the process of going through the learning materials again to deepen my understanding and reinforce what I’ve learned. Overall, the session was valuable and gave me a good foundation, but I would have benefited from more time to digest and practice the concepts covered.
